Documents on a load

Which documents each load needs, before and after delivery, and how to make some optional.

Open a load (tap it on the Dashboard or Loads tab) to see its document checklist. Tap a document to take a photo, upload from your library, or upload a file (PDF or image, up to 15 MB).

Before delivery (at pickup)

  • Rate confirmation: already added when the load was created.
  • Bill of Lading (BOL): scan at pickup before leaving. Uploading it moves the load to In Transit.
  • Trip ticket: shipper-issued trip sheet.
  • Temp setting and Inside reefer photos, reefer loads only.
  • Seal photo: picture of the trailer seal/lock (required on reefer loads).
  • Load photos: optional, up to 12, showing how the load is secured.

After delivery (at the consignee)

  • BOL with received stamp (POD): the BOL signed by the receiver.
  • Gate pass: optional.

Reefer temperature log

Reefer loads have a Temperature log: tap + Log temperature reading to record the temperature.

Make a document optional

Not every customer needs a trip ticket or reefer photos. Owners can turn requirements off in Settings → Document requirements. Optional documents don't block sending to the broker or submitting the invoice.

Drivers

Drivers upload documents on their assigned loads. When the delivery documents are in, tap Notify owner: delivery complete.
