We collect the following information when you use LoadLedger:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number
• Business information — MC number, DOT number, factoring company
• Load data — load numbers, broker names, rates, document images
• Financial data — income, expenses, IFTA mileage and fuel records
• Location data — GPS coordinates recorded for proof of delivery
• Device information — push notification token for alerts

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and provide the LoadLedger service
• To submit invoices to your factoring company on your behalf
• To send SMS and email notifications about your loads and reminders
• To generate IFTA reports and financial summaries
• To improve the app and diagnose technical issues

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as follows:

• Factoring companies — invoice documents you instruct us to send
• Brokers — delivery confirmation documents you instruct us to send
• Service providers — Supabase (database), SendGrid (email), Twilio/ClickSend (SMS), Anthropic (document AI processing)

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen, which permanently removes all your data.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using the platform's secure storage.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, delete your account in the app or contact us at speedore.soln@gmail.com.

7. Children

LoadLedger is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
