By using LoadLedger you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

LoadLedger is a mobile application that helps owner-operator truck drivers manage loads, submit invoices to factoring companies, track finances, and file IFTA reports.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of documents and data you submit through the app
• You are responsible for compliance with FMCSA regulations, IFTA requirements, and any applicable laws
• You must not use the app for any unlawful purpose
• You must keep your login credentials secure

4. Disclaimer

LoadLedger is a tool to assist with document management and is not a licensed financial advisor, tax preparer, or legal service. IFTA reports generated by the app should be reviewed before filing. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate data you provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speedore LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LoadLedger.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings screen.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
