Understanding the Dashboard and Loads totalsOWNERS
What Pending, In Transit, Submitted and Funded mean, and how each dollar amount is worked out.
The four Dashboard cards
| Card | Which loads | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Booked, not picked up yet | Full rate |
| In transit | Picked up (BOL uploaded), not invoiced | Full rate |
| Submitted | Invoice sent, waiting to be paid (includes "In review") | Full rate |
| Funded this week | Marked funded during your fleet week | What you were paid: rate minus your factoring fee |
Each card shows the number of loads too. Tap a card to see those loads.
Rules behind the numbers
- Every load is counted, not just the latest ones on screen.
- Each load is in exactly one status, so All on the Loads tab equals the sum of the tabs.
- Funded amounts are after the factoring fee saved on each load (for example $1,000 at 3% = $970.00). If you don't factor, it's the full rate.
- This week uses the week start in Settings → Fleet Settings and your phone's time zone, so a load funded Sunday night counts in the right week.
- The month total on the Loads tab is loads funded this calendar month.
The Loads tab
Tabs: All, Pending, In transit, Submitted, Funded, Rejected. Each shows its count, and the line under the tabs shows that tab's total. Loads appear 50 at a time; scroll or tap Show more for the rest.
Filter by driver or truck
Owners can pick a driver or truck at the top of the Dashboard and Loads tab. Every number then shows just that driver or truck.
A number looks wrong?
- A funded load not in "Funded this week"? Check it was marked funded this week (Invoice screen → Mark as funded).
- Wrong factoring fee? Settings → Account → Edit → Factoring fee %.
- Still wrong? Contact support with the load number. We'll check it.
