Adding a load from a rate conOWNERS

Photograph or upload the rate confirmation, check what AI read, assign a truck and driver.

Owners and associates add loads. Drivers can't add loads. Their company assigns loads to them.

On the phone

1. Dashboard → + New Load.
2. Hold the rate con inside the frame. For a multi-page rate con tap + Add another page. Prefer a file? Tap Upload PDF or photo. No rate con? Tap Enter manually.
3. AI reads the load number, broker (name, MC, phone), rate, miles, pickup and delivery (city, address, date, time, pickup number), commodity, weight and reefer temperature.
4. On AI Review, check every field. Anything AI wasn't sure about is highlighted. Fix what's wrong.
5. Pick the truck (its default driver is filled in). Optionally type a Note for the driver: it goes with the new-load notification. Then Confirm & start load.

The load is saved as Pending, the assigned driver gets a notification, and driver pay is worked out if you set pay for that driver.

On the website (laptop)

+ New Load opens an upload page instead of the camera: choose the rate con file (PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 15 MB). Extra pages saved as separate files can be added too. Then check the details on the review screen, same as on the phone.

Tips

• The profitability box on the review screen shows profit per mile using your cost per mile, so you can double-check the rate.
• Broker email isn't on the review screen. You enter it once when you first send documents to that broker; after that LoadLedger fills it in. See Broker emails are remembered.
